Features of the production of a cottage kit for export
From the first glance at our new work, you will notice that it is not like the rest of the classic wooden log cabin projects. The fact is that the Germans, as a rule, order individual buildings. Therefore, each project implemented by us in Germany is original and has its own characteristics. For example, a log recreation complex in the city of Leichlingen or a guest house from a log house, which is located near Berlin.
This time we also created an original project, which is based entirely on the individual preferences of the customer, and the technical documentation was provided in German. The customer from Oberhausen chose cylindrical logs Ø 220 mm for the wall set. This is the maximum diameter of our pine logs. Due to the choice of such massive logs, the building looks especially colorful with elegant roundness of log short stacks at the junctions of walls and floors. Curly balconies look especially picturesque, resting on massive, wooden columns. A high, shed roof looks very unusual, which descends in three cascades almost to the level of the first floor.
According to the client's instructions, the dimensions of the building were 11,7 by 5,7 m. The area of all rooms on the first and second floors as a whole turned out to be 100 m2. The owner will arrange the interior rooms based on his preferences and the convenience of the guests. In addition, in such a house, the interior space can be easily divided into separate functional areas using frame partitions.
The customer bought the building for self-assembly. Our builders did not go to Germany for installation due to martial law. But even in peacetime, the Germans often prefer to take house kits without the services of our installers. The fact is that log cottages can be folded quite easily and quickly according to the instructions, because they are initially provided by us in the form of a fully finished designer.
A tall and narrow building, built according to an individual project of a holiday home in Oberhausen, looks really unusual, spectacular, and immediately attracts attention, visually resembling a mountain peak.
