The most modern and high-tech building material in wooden construction today is profiled timber. For the manufacture of a house from profiled beams, ordinary wooden beams are given a certain profile on special woodworking equipment.

We produce profiled logs using the tongue-and-groove technology. The height of the finished profiled beam is 150 mm, the cross section can be 60 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm. The profiled beam provides for the presence of special spikes and grooves on the logs. This makes it possible to connect the logs as tightly as possible and drastically reduces the formation of cracks that can occur during the shrinkage of the building. The profiled timber on all sides is perfectly smooth and clean. The material will no longer require any additional processing. The walls of the house made of profiled timber are presentable and neat, the house looks monolithic, it does not freeze and is not blown through.

Until recently, timber construction was widely used profiled timber with natural moisture or glued dry timber. As you know, walls made of wood of natural moisture are subject to shrinkage. The best way out of the situation in this case may be the use of dry profiled logs.

The walls of the house made of profiled timber do not need additional processing. Dry profiled timber has better thermal insulation characteristics than rounded, cylindrical logs. This is due to the maximum possible snug fit of the logs. The shape of the profile is calculated in such a way that rain cannot penetrate into the holes between the logs, that perfectly prevents rotting.

Houses made of profiled timber fully retain their qualities given by nature, and this is their advantageous difference in comparison with houses made of glued timber, in which the natural structure of the tree is violated. Even if you completely close all the windows of a house made of profiled timber, the air inside will always remain fresh, because its walls are constantly breathing. Thus, houses made of profiled timber do not need additional installation of air conditioners at all.
