• Dry profiled timber forms a smooth and even wall of the building, which after construction does not need large-scale finishing.
• A house made of profiled timber is quite light, so it does not require a reinforced, recessed foundation.
• Press-vacuum drying evenly dries timber of any thickness up to 16% moisture content and stabilizes the wood.
• The material does not rot, deform and is not affected by insects. Also, it does not tend to shrink.
• An integral timber is not glued from individual lamellas; therefore, it remains an environmentally friendly material without glue, which naturally regulates humidity, oxygen and heat transfer.
• The length of the beam is 9-12 m. Thanks to this length, long walls can be made in the house without additional partitions, and this expands the possibilities for designing structures and allows you to optimize design solutions.

It is also worth mentioning that the "Dominant" company has launched two new drying chambers, which are designed for 60*150 mm timber, which is actively used in double wall house technology. Thanks to this, we were able to significantly reduce the construction time of such houses.

We embody the beauty of a classic log house with round log walls in our technology of cylindrical logs, which we produce with a diameter of 160 mm, 180 mm, 200 mm and 220 mm. Thanks to a high-precision woodworking line, a perfectly even rounded timber of the same diameter with a “moon groove” and a compensation groove is produced.

• The use of the "lunar groove" profile allows you to achieve a tighter fit between the logs, which prevents the walls from blowing through.
• The compensation groove helps to prevent cracks during shrinkage of the log house.
• The logs are necessarily antiseptic by dipping in antiseptic baths at a certain temperature for two minutes for better impregnation and seepage of the antiseptic into the tree. This is necessary to prevent infection of fresh wood with fungi and mold.
• The marking of the timber allows to control the quality of each log in order to avoid errors when assembling the house.
• The building kit is formed and stored on pallets for material storage, atmospheric drying and further transportation.

If you want to find out what is the fundamental difference in the technological characteristics of rounded and dry profiled timber, pay attention to the following:

• A house made of logs looks natural and fits perfectly into the natural landscape, but its appearance must be constantly maintained, and the structure can shrink. Profiled timber is less deformed, but looks no less presentable.
• The round timber contributes to the natural regulation of humidity, but if not properly maintained, mold can appear on the walls. Dry profiled timber also perfectly passes oxygen, but is not subject to mold and decay.
• Both cylindrical and profiled logs give the house a unique appearance that does not require finishing.
• Timber houses are exceptionally warm houses, but dry profiled timber walls are better because they do not have obvious freezing bridges.
