Construction of the one-story cottage 14,8x6,8 m in high-tech style
One-story cottage 14,8x6,8 m in high-tech style made of dry profiled logs. It is intended for lovers of a laconic high-tech style. A distinctive feature of the design of this particular project is the simple shape of the roof, forming only one slope. As you can see, for such a roof, the frame is built higher on the one hand, and lower on the other. Such a roof is extremely simple in design. Another interesting feature of the cottage is a stylish terrace with pergolas that form diffused lighting above it. The terrace is a harmonious continuation of the house and visually balances its single slope.
One-story cottage "Zhakona", area 100,64 m²
Refined style, minimalism and functionality - these are the main characteristics of the "Zhakona" project. One-story cottage has an elongated, rectangular shape and dimensions of 14,8x6,8 m. The interior spaces are rationally organized in a rectangular space. The layout includes a vestibule, a hall, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen in one bright, spacious room. A very spacious terrace makes it possible to equip a full-fledged summer dining room on it, where you can gather many relatives and friends for a festive feast. There is enough space on the terrace to organize a soft corner for relaxation or a place for children to play. Pergolas above the terrace can be beautifully decorated with climbing flowers, weaving roses or grapes. Such a cozy wood cottage surrounded by greenery will be very comfortable for a compact family.
